Sample Project
Taiwanese set-top box manufacturer was bidding for a large IPTV project from a large European operator. They met, however, a serious technical challenge with Personal Video Recording. Users should have been able to write HD video streams to SDXC cards without a single frame dropped under Android OS.
The existing solutions in the market failed to meet the requirements, and the customer turned to the Paragon technology. Within a short time, Paragon Technology Center assembled an optimized driver package and ported it to Android ARM9. The solution fulfilled all the requirements and demonstrated outstanding service performance. As a result, the manufacturer not only won a multi-year contract, but further ensured great user experience for their customers.
